Delete your account

In the app

1. Open Chat Inspector and go to Settings.
2. Tap your account at the top (your email address).
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Without the app

Email support@chatinspector.app from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete the account and confirm by email within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, name and sign-in identity
• Your token balance and referral code. Unused tokens are lost and cannot be refunded.
• Quizzes you shared, and their scoreboards. Friends who already opened one can no longer receive its new days.
• Your name and scores on the scoreboards of quizzes other people shared
• Analysis results held on our servers for recovery (these expire after 24 hours anyway)
• Chats and results saved in the app under this account, on the phone you delete from

What is kept

• Records of purchases, where the law requires us to keep them (for example for tax purposes), for as long as it requires. Apple and Google also keep their own purchase records.
• Chats you imported without signing in stay on your phone until you remove them or uninstall the app. They were never on our servers.
